Chopped Green Bell Peppers
Chopped green bell pepper come in 3/8 inch pieces. They are all natural and an excellent source of vitamins A and C. These are very useful for Creole and Spanish entrees, chilies, soups, rice, and baked beans. To use in dishes containing little or no liquid, re-hydrate by bringing them to a boil and let simmer approximately 20 minutes. One pound of air dried peppers equals 4.5 pounds of fresh diced peppers.
