Sliced Dried Champignon Mushrooms
Sliced dried champignon mushrooms are a good source of vitamin C and protein; they are GMO and Gluten free. When rehydrated, they look, taste, and feel just like fresh mushrooms. They are great for soups, stews, sauces, pot pies, casseroles, gravy, and salads. When cooking with little liquid, simmer 1 part mushrooms and 4 parts water for 10-15 minutes. 1 pound of air dried mushrooms equals approximately 5 pounds of fresh champignon mushrooms.
