Stir Fry Blend Mushrooms
Stir fry blend mushrooms are suited for all stir fry recipes. This is a delicate mixture of shiitake, shredded woodear, sliced button, cloud ear, and oyster mushrooms with an earthy, smokey flavor. Use with beef, chicken, pork, shellfish, or mixed vegetables. Its versatility makes it a great addition to rice dishes, casseroles, sauces, and Oriental & chicken soups. To reconstitute, put desired amount in a bowl and cover with boiling water. Let sit 15-20 minutes. Or, add them directly to a recipe that cooks for at least 25 minutes. 1 oz of dry mushrooms will equal 3-4 oz once rehydrated.
