Bacon bits contain textured soy flour, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, salt, natural smoke flavors, caramel color Red #3 or #10. These crunchy bits are often found on top of baked potatoes and pizza and in salad bars, guacamole, corn dishes, and bean salads.
