Nashville Hot Dill Seasoning
Fried Chicken Recipe
- In a Ziplock bag, combine 1 1/2 cups buttermilk with 2 Tbsp. seasoning.
- Add 1 lb. of chicken, seal the bag, and marinate in a refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours. For best results, marinate overnight.
- When ready to cook, combine 1/2 cup bread crumbs with 1 cup flour.
- Dredge chicken in flour mix.
- Fry (or bake) as desired.
